Assistant Store Manager
Position Type
- Full-Time (30-40 hours a week)
- Location | In-person at our Birmingham, AL showroom
- Reports To | Ownership
What we are looking for in a Manager
- Full-time employee with a love of fashion and a passion for helping others find their personal style!
- Someone who enjoys sales & customer service
- Strong leaderspehip skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Flexible schedule; must be available during store hours (Monday-Saturday from 10am-3pm)
- Must have availability on Saturdays
- Someone with a positive attitude and problem-solver mentality
Key Responsibilities
Sales + Customer Care
- Ensure the highest level of customer care & customer experience in the store
- Hold the team accountable and set expectations for the sales floor
- Must enjoy motivating the team and pushing to achieve sales goals
Team Development
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem-solver
- Handle scheduling
- Implement training on sales, customer care, product knowledge, and operational procedures
Store Presentation
- Work with the team to plan and implement visual merchandising
- Responsible for maintaining store appearance and meeting expectations regarding cleanliness and presentation
Business & Marketing
- Assist the owner with event planning and coordination
- Assist with marketing plan implementation on Social Media.

Model
Position Type
- Part-Time (5-10 hours a week)
- Location | In-person at our Birmingham, AL showroom
What we are looking for in a Model
- Part-time employee with a love of fashion
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Previous modeling experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Attending weekly photoshoots to model the store’s new arrivals
- Following the directions of photographers and posing for photoshoots accordingly
- Assisting in social media content creation, including still photos and video content
- Serve as the “face” of Minette across the website and various social media platforms
