RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY AND ELIGIBILITY:


*All Jewelry, Accessories, Headbands, Handbags, and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

*SALE items are any items that are marked at 30% off or greater. These items are not eligible for returns or store credit. 

*Returns are accepted for items not marked at 30% off or greater and are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. If you chose local pick up at check out, returns are accepted within 14 days of the day the order was fulfilled. Returns sent back during this time are eligible for store credit via an e-gift card sent to you via email. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds to your original method of payment. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be received to Minette's PO box within 14 days of the delivery date or pick up date (depending on your method of receival: shipment or local pick up) of your order. Your item(s) must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear. All tags must be attached to each item.

If any items being returned arrive after the 14 day period or show any signs of wear or damage, we unfortunately will not be able to process it and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you.

Once your return orders are processed, your credit is returned in the form of an e-gift card to the email address we have on file or that was used/entered by the customer at checkout. All store credit is valid for one year from the date of the return.

All gift cards are valid for one year before they expire.

COMPLETING A RETURN:

To complete your return, please visit our Returnly found here as a link, or at the bottom of our website. Once you get to that page, enter in your original order number and the email used to place the order. You will then follow the prompts to complete all portions of this form and then submit. Completing this will allow for your store credit to come through to us and will then be emailed to you for future purchases.

When sending back your item(s), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your original receipt, email confirmation or any other proof of purchase with your item(s) in each package. We will not be able to process your return without this information.
